Oliver Grainger (born May 9, 1988) is a Canadian child voice actor. He is the voice actor for the character Dongwa, Sagwa's older brother, on ''Sagwa, the Chinese Siamese Cat''. He previously played Dora Winifred (D.W.) Read on ''Arthur'' and George Jamell on ''Mona The Vampire''.
